Pan seared pigeon breast with a wild mushroom and tarragon gratin sat on a bed of dressed leaves
Rocket, roasted squash and pine nut salad with balsamic dressing and pecorino shaving
Cream of broccoli and stilton soup served with garlic croutons, crusty bread and butter
Pea & mint pannacotta with smoked salmon and a Tewksbury dressing and crusty bread
